Today has been an exceptionally beautiful day. I love the rain, it's like all of nature is taking a breath. Unfortunately, rain can also provide a hazard for materials made out wood pulp, say postcards. While I pulled those to be sent out of my rain jacket, a large chunk of them fell into a puddle at my feet. Luckily they're well made. Shout out to VanPrint. There was only a bit of wetness around the edges and one tiny dog ear, so hopefully, they'll be alright and make the journey to Ottawa. I enjoyed the rest of the walk with the dogs. Down by the water, I spotted a large log either washed ashore or displaced from a snug spot on the sand. I couldn't tell. Then, looking up, I saw an abandoned herons nest waving round in tree branches being swept by the wind. On the dock, I saw a blackbird swooping high at a treetop. I love how the clouds intermingle with the mountains. God bless Vancouver, God has blessed Vancouver. A successful day. I hope you enjoyed yours!
